Technical Manager - Special Vehicle Manufacturing

  • Your main tasks:

    • Leading an interdisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technicians.

    • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to define project goals, budgets, and schedules.

    • Developing and implementing innovative technical solutions for special vehicle manufacturing.

    • Ensuring compliance with international quality and safety standards.

    • Monitoring the product development cycle from concept to delivery.

    • Managing customer and supplier relationships and procurement activities.

    • Providing technical expertise and support to address complex technical challenges.

    • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

  • For this, you bring the following qualities:

    • Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in the design and construction of special vehicles for rescue services or military applications.
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken).
    • Familiarity with international regulations and standards related to vehicle manufacturing.
    • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
